81st Annual Educational Conference—St. Paul, Minnesota
A Witness to Hope: Medicine and the New Evangelization
Come to the 81st Annual Educational Conference in St. Paul, Minnesota, September 27–29, 2012.
This three-day conference will begin by exploring the cultural, intellectual, and spiritual contexts of the current crisis of modernity. It will then proceed to examine the Church’s response to this crisis and her call for a New Evangelization. The distinct roles played by clergy, religious, and laity in this evangelization will be studied, with particular attention paid to the use of media and the arts in renewing the culture. Finally, armed with a Christ-centered understanding of the nature of the human person and a proper spiritual formation, we will consider the role that health care plays in the Church’s effort to bring forth a New Evangelization. The educational program for the 81st Annual Educational Conference will edify and inspire health-care professionals to “put out into the deep,” transforming the ways in which we practice our faith and our profession.
As is our tradition, the conference will be a spiritually uplifting experience with daily Mass, rosary, confessions, and Eucharistic Adoration. Join us in St. Paul for an unforgettable experience of Faith, Formation, and Fellowship!
Ad majorem Dei gloriam.
