Dear Colleagues,
Dear friends of the Rome Forum,

IFCU has participated in the forums organised in recent years. Like many of you, I greatly appreciated the remarkable work done by the Forum’s coordinating team; and like many of you, I was able to speak in the hope that in the future we can strengthen our ties and work even more together.

It is with this in mind that I have come to you with a concrete proposal.

After two years of work, FIUC has created a collaborative platform that allows its members to be visible, to get to know each other, to launch common initiatives and to organize all kinds of collaboration. It has recently been released at https://wcu.academy. If you wish, this collaborative platform can be opened up to the Rome Forum via a specific interface that on the one hand will allow you to develop your international visibility and on the other hand to develop a new strategy of collaboration with other international Catholic organisations. The registration fees, low and modulated according to the continent of origin of the organisations you are in charge of (from around 300 euros per year for the highest rate – North America and Europe to 100 euros per year for INGOs from Africa and Asia), will cover the costs of maintenance and updates of the platform.
Our team will be able to work on the implementation of this tool by the beginning of June.

By registering, you will be able to:

– to access a unique and innovative space at the service of the International Organizations members of the Rome Forum;
– to exchange more easily between Christian INGOs and thus develop your network of partners;
– to share news, events and projects of your organisation;
– to be seen by patrons and sponsors who share our common values and who can be referenced there.

By registering on this platform, you will also receive IFCU publications for free and information on our training offers, which you woud be able to access at the Member rate. You will find here a “declaration of interest” form to be sent back to us at your earliest convenience. This will allow us to evaluate the feasibility of this project since a minimum number of users and therefore contributors will be required to operate this platform. Hoping that this proposal will meet your expectation in relation to a better cooperation among all of us, I remain faithfully yours.

  Dr. François Mabille,
IFCU Secretary General.
