I am sending you the information about Fr. Luis Eduardo Zavala de Alba, priest of the Monterrey Archdiocese in Mexico. He has been included in the Short List of candidates for the post of Special Rapporteur on the Rights of Migrants for the Human Rights Council.

Fr. Zavala has worked closely with our ICMC Future of Work Project and I believe that he would be an excellent post-holder in this regard
