CMA/CDU Certification in Catholic Healthcare Ethics

The CMA is partnering with Catholic Distance University (CDU) to offer a Certification in Catholic Healthcare Ethics course, which begins on Mar. 5, 2017.  It is a 16-hour, fully online course that is completed in 4 weeks. You can log into the course at any time during the week to participate. The cost is $1000.

Each week there are readings, videos, questions for discussion with other physicians, and written assignments that give you opportunities to apply what you have learned to real life clinical situations.

Upon completion of the course, you will be better equipped to promote policies respectful of the life, dignity, and the human person in a clear and concise manner.  You will also be further equipped to apply Catholic moral teaching more effectively in the resolution of complex medical dilemmas, and to provide information to families in areas of ethical consideration.For more information and to register, click here and here.
