There is a registration fee of 130 €. Those registering will receive the special issue of the journal Dolentium Hominum containing the Conference Proceedings.

All who wish to attend the International Conference must send a written request by October 30, 2012 to the Pontifical Council for Health Pastoral Care, 00120 Vatican City.

The registration fee may be paid as follows:

1)   Outside Italy, by way of an international check or postal money order made out to the Pontifical Council for Health Pastoral Care, 00120 Vatican City

2)   In Italy, you may use c.c.p. n. 63353007, indicating that payment is to the Pontifical Council for Health Pastoral Care, Via della Conciliazione 3, Roma for the purpose of registration.

There will be simultaneous translation into English, Spanish, French, and Italian.

The Proceedings, to be printed in the four official languages for the Conference, will be available in May 2013.

For admission to the Synod Hall, participants will have to present an ID badge, which can be collected from the Office of the Pontifical Council from Monday, November 12 to Wednesday, November 14 (on November 14, the Secretariat of the Conference will remain open from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm.), then on Thursday, November 15 the Secretariat will be transferred to the New Synod Hall.

Bar service will be from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
